Holiday Update


‘Tis the season here at Dead Mall, and we’ve “decked the halls” with several festive-themed decorations. We’ve also brought a few quality-of-life updates to Dead Mall.

I'd like to offer some constructive criticism. It's a good game, here's now it can be much better.

During the period the statue doesnt chase you, it should be visible standing stationary and harmless in the mall.

During the stationary phase a few seconds or a minute after the statue first comes into view of the player camera, it should activate the next phase where the statue  then turns in the direction the player is but only when the player isn't looking at it. (though still staying in one place and harmless for now)

The next phase should have start with a "peekaboo" phase where the statue chases the player but stops when the player looks at it.

An THEN after a few seconds/minutes of this should the statue just start chasing you.

If you plan on adding higher floors and stairs you could make the statue temporiliy unable to climb the stairs (of course you'd need to get to the lower floor to get to the car, and then later the staue will climb the stairs)

Also... this is a fun game for Christmas, so is it possible to replace the music with mor Christmassy music?

Anyway, those are my suggestions. Keep up the good work.
